Hello,

We are using Mail Enable 3.61 Enterprise Edition. One of our email user reported that he is not able to send emails and he is getting incorrect username/password error in Outlook on his Mac Book even when he has not changed his user name password. Upon checking the status of his account, the account was locked, and we unlocked it and emails starting getting through. The user accesses his account from his MacBook (using Outlook for Mac) and Iphone. We have enabled concurrent mailbox access in the POP service and concurrent connections limit configured for POP is 20. We want to know the reason for account locking in this particular case and generally what are the most probable reasons for account locking. What are the recommended settings to avoid account block.

Any help will be apprecited.
